United States Shipping: At the Electric Candle Company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service. Please allow up to two business days for processing your orders. However, we often process and ship orders the same day! If you place your order after 4:00 PM CST on weekdays, it will be processed the next business day. 

Need your items sooner? We’re here to help! Just give us a call to discuss expedited shipping options. For overnight and second-day deliveries, please ensure your order is placed by 3:00 PM CST to guarantee express shipping pickup. If you’d like us to delay your shipment for any reason, simply contact us, and we’ll set it up for you.

International Shipping: We’re thrilled to serve our international customers every day! Shipping internationally is a regular part of our operations, so you can shop with confidence. Most orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within two to seven days.

Please note that when you place your order, you may encounter taxes, duties, and/or customs fees. In many cases, these fees are calculated and paid during checkout, so you can rest easy knowing there won't be any surprises. However, please remember that these fees are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is refused, a restocking or shipping fee may apply.
