Peter Fischl Exhibit at The Museum of Tolerance - California

Museuum of Tolorance

The photograph above depicts Peter Fischl's Memorial Monument at the Museum of Tolerance, Los Angeles, California. Since opening in 1993, the museum has welcomed over five million visitors. At The Museum of Tolerance visitors become witnesses to history while exploring the dynamics of bigotry and discrimination that are embedded in society today. The display features a 1943 photograph in the Warsaw ghetto with Peter Fischl's poem underneath.
