The Electric Candle Company
Russian Tea Room
New York City

Founded by members of the Imperial Russian Ballet in 1927, the Russian Tea Room opened its doors to ex-patriots and later became famous as a gathering place for celebrities and New York's elite. In 1996, New York businessman Warner LeRoy purchased the restaurant and to the dismay of many high society regulars, he closed the doors. LeRoy reopened The Russian Tea Room after 4 years and a $36 million dollar renovation. His vision, exquisitely implemented, continues to impress diners and visitors from across the globe.
Photographed above is the famous Bear Lounge in The Russian Tea Room featuring hundreds of the Feeling's Flame® Electric Candle bulb.
