Yauatcha Soho was awarded a Michelin star within the first year of its opening in 2004. Yauatcha is modern reinterpretation of the old Chinese tea-house. Located in the heart of Soho on Broadwick Street (known formerly as Broad Street-notorious for the 1854 cholera outbreak) and designed by Christian Liaigre. The restaurant's open area layout and visible kitchen energizes the entire space, engaging both the outside street scene and Yauatcha's customers.
